Eligibility for Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
If it has been more than 15 working days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
